Fāṭimah grass is a traditional Indonesian herbal treatment against menstrual problems, and a very potent herbal cure against whitish vaginal discharge. Each box contains 10 sachets x 5 grams of natural Fāṭimah grass. The traditional herbs are obtained from the island of Kalimantan in Borneo, and processed in Surabaya, East-Java. This herbal product is composed of Javanese Long Pepper (Lat. Piper retrofractum Vahl), Indonesian Nutmeg (Lat. Myristicae semen), Bitter Fennel (Lat. Foeniculi amari fructus), Betel Pepper (Lat. Piper betle folium), among several other natural ingredients.
Fāṭimah grass is considered highly efficacious to treat menstruation problems, such as amenorrhoea (absence of periods), dysmenorrhoea (painful periods) and menorrhagia (heavy periods). Menstrual irregularities can cause excessive bleeding. Thus, this particular Indonesian herbal medicine helps to improve the blood circulation, thereby preventing thick and heavy menstrual blood. In addition, Fāṭimah grass can be used to avoid excessive production of whitish vaginal discharge.
It is advised to consume one sachet (5 gram) a day, mixing the herbs with a glass of hot water (200 ml). This alternative medical treatment should be continued for three days consecutively whilst having one's monthly period. After one's menstrual period has finished, the Fāṭimah grass should be consumed twice a week to maintain a regular menstrual cycle. Please note that this herbal medicine is not a substitute for any conventional medicine. Pregnant women should avoid using this traditional medicine.
